MatchPointDelete Your Account
You can permanently delete your MatchPoint account and its associated data at any time, using either method below. This applies to the MatchPoint app by VisionOne7 LLP.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
1. Open MatchPoint and go to the Profile tab
2. Scroll to Delete Account (under Support & Legal)
3. Confirm the deletion
Your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period.
Option 2 — By request
Email support@visionone7.in or WhatsApp +91 73489 55122 from/with the mobile number registered on your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We process requests within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, phone number, photo)
- Your login credentials (Firebase Auth account)
- Your push notification tokens
What is retained
- Booking and payment records are retained for up to 12 months for dispute resolution and statutory compliance, then deleted. These records are no longer linked to an active account.
Note: Deletion is permanent. Upcoming bookings are not automatically refunded — cancel them first if eligible under the cancellation policy.
